Please Read the Following Policy for our car Detailing Service, 1. Pre-Service Inspection and Valuables • Customers must remove all personal belongings, cash, and valuables from the vehicle before service, the business is not responsible for lost or missing items. •Pre-existing Damage: Technicians mujst inspect the vehicle with the client or document existing scratches, dents and paint chips with photos beforestarting •Liability Limits: The buisness is not liabkle for pre-existing mechanical issues, weak paint, or losse trim that may detach during washing or high-pressure cleaning 2. Service Limitations and Extra Fees •Excessive dirt or biohazards: Extra charges apply for heavy mud, pet hair removal, mold, or bodily fluids (e.g. a standard $75.00 biohazard fee) •Child safety seats: Technicians will not remove or reinstall child safety seats due to liability. Customers must remove them prior to interior detailing •Excluded areas: Standard packages exclude complex areas like undercarriages, spare tire wells, or engine bays unless explicitly added as a paid service 3.Payment and Cancellation •Payment terms: Payment is due in full immediately upon completion and inspection of the service. •Cancellations: Mobile detailing appointments require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling, or a late fee may apply. •Unclaimed vehicles: For fixed-location shops. vehicles left past the agreed pickup window without communication incur daily storage fees. 4. Insurance and Damage Claims •Garage Keepers Coverage: JGM Cleaning Solutions LLC carries Garage Keepers Liability Insurance to protect customer vehicles against fire, theft, or accidental damage while in custody. •Claim reporting: Any damage caused by the detailing team must be reported before the vehicle leaves the premises.
